Where TALENT meets WORK ETHIC - BWP Camp Recap

On April 23rd 2016, 75 young athletes stepped into price middle school ready to work. They simply chose to accept the challenge by using their time wisely. I often ask athletes what they invest your time in? One of the key things to remember about talent is that it has to be developed. When you've got it, it's like having amazing raw materials. But those raw materials do not become anything of substance unless they are honed through hard work and learning. Developing your talent makes you strong. If you only use raw talent, it can eventually make you weak by allowing you to merely "get by." You can even lose your talent because it has not been developed. The road can come to an abrupt end.

Value the gifts you were given by investing your time into it. On April 23rd 2016, 75 athletes decided to invest into something. For those who will continue the hard work, I can wait to see your progression along your basketball journey.
